Peak Child Arderne

Peak Child caters to children in emerging middle income families living in South Africa, in pre-schools situated close to parents’ places of work.

What's Included

  • A safe and loving environment

  • Qualified teachers

  • Full day, all year round except December holidays

  • From 3 months to 5 years of age

  • 2 cooked meals a day

  • Close to your place of work

  • So much more than a creche or daycare centre

Operating Times

Our opening hours are from 7:00am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday.

The school only closes during the December school holidays, with the last day of school being around 15th December each year. We open again around the 10th January. Please confirm the exact dates with the school principal.

Our schools will be closed on a Monday if there is a Public Holiday on a Tuesday, and on a Friday if there is a Public Holiday on a Thursday. This enables us to deep clean the school and to perform maintenance while the children are not present.

School Fees

The monthly school fees are payable in advance, by the 5th of the month, and for the remainder of 2020 are R2,100 for a full-day. School fees are paid for 11 months of the year, from January to November. No school fees are due for December.

There is a 10% discount if you have more than one child at the school. There is also a discount if fees are paid termly in advance. A deposit of R500 is required to secure your child’s position. This will be offset from your final school fees due when your child leaves Peak Child.
